As a mom of two, I am constantly on the edge everyday. Taking care of my kids and my husband is not an easy job. Having a very active infant does not help a bit. Especially now that she's walking, I have to follow her all over to make sure she don't get into things that would hurt her. Taking care of my husband is also not easy. He's the one who brings home the bacon, so to say, so I make sure that he gets pampered when he's at home.
The stress level I feel every now and then is to the maximum level that I would do stuff that are proven stress relievers . I do yoga every now and then with meditation. I also pray when I feel like I am about to explode. I would treat myself to a relaxing warm bath every night so I could wake-up the next day feeling refreshed.
My job as a mom and wife is pretty stressful but at the end of the day, when everything's all said and done, I would look at my family and I would never trade them for anything. Even if it's a less-stressful life.

Amen to that sis.
The best remedy against stress are prayers and meditation on the word of God. Prayer helps relieve stress since we turn over all our cares to God who in turn gives us strength, joy and peace of mind.
