Do you work-out? I am asking because it is very important for us women to atleast do 10 to 15 minutes exercise, 3 times a week. I know it is hard to squeeze work-out in our busy schedules, especially for moms like me. But if we could blogwalk and watch tv, we could work-out as well.
Working-out gives us more energy and stamina. It produces endorphines, a natural mood enhancer hormone, that is responsible for making us happy. It helps us sleep better at night and slowe down the aging process. Working out also improves our immune system. Last but not least, working-out improves our sexual performance and improves our libido.
A simple walk around the neighborhood, or a 15-minute dance is good enough. If you have some work-out equipments at home, use it while you're watching your favorite show or whenever you feel bored. Instead of sitting down while watching tv, watch it while doing jumping-jacks or squats. Just incorporate any work-out in your daily activities and before you know it, you will experience the benifits of working-out.

Workout or exercise is very important to everyone to maintain a healthy body. We can never discount the importance of regular exercise in keeping ourselves fit and free from harmful diseases. Your husband must be working out a lot that's why he has a lot of libido, lol. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Im trying =) pero nakakatamad talaga, good thing i have to walk my lil dolly kaya parang workout na rin sa kin ang walking.. good for the heart too =)

Good for you sis you still able to work out despite of the busy days and you have equipments for your workout. sus wala nku work out diri oi mao bilbil nagbitay hehehe. na miss nku akong gym sa cebu pko intawn.
doing household chores sis.. heheh.. tapolan nko ky sge na atobang pc.. nyahaha.. ulan pa jud.. nya akong small work out stuff wla na nakuhit ky kapoyan ko ako ra isa.. zzz.. heheh bitaw kelangan jud mogawas ang mga singot.. lahi ra jud ang feeling.. if not, sge ra ta katulgon og mahimo na dayon og babe.. :-( kelangan jud sis, at least gipa-remind ko nmo.. :-)
