Being a mom is the most satisfying thing in the world. Deciding to have baby is deciding to have your heart walk outside of your body. It is hard yet satisfying. It requires a lot of sacrifice but it also gives you so much happiness. It is a 24-hour job and there's no day-off nor sick leave... It's having somebody, completely dependent on you in everything, to survive.
The sleepless nights, the everyday contact with stinky diapers, the frustrations whenever they get sick and ofcourse the stretchmarks are all worth it as soon as we see our baby's first smile. Motherhood is a blessing, a responsibility, a privilege and like Miss India, Sushmita Sen said, motherhood is the true essence of a woman.
