Shoes

I am a confessed shoe addict and I know I have to do something about it or else, I would have to cook my shoes one day to feed my family. I am doing a good job though in stopping myself from purchasing any more shoes for a couple of months. I would just satisfy myself by browsing through different sites and drooling over the wonderful shoes they have to offer.

I came through a shoe site recently while I was looking for hunter boots. It's cute and very fashionable if worn with a skirt. I was looking for more boots when I found the heavenly leather that fiorentini & baker boots has to offer. I especially love the red ones that has a buckle on the side. I used to be a high-heeled boots kinda gal but ever since seeing these flast yet fashionable boots in magazines, it really sparked some interests in me.

Just the other day I was drooling over the jeffrey campbell shoes that I saw online especially the 70's inspired clog. It is very hip yet very sexy. I hope someday I win the lottery so i could get all the shoes that I like.

Shopping Online for Hubby

Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies. It's like a therapy whenever I feel depressed. But with the current economy, I have to just do my shopping online since it saves me gas, it also saves me from spending money to eat while I'm out and most of all, it saves me from seeing something I like and end up buying even if it's not part of the plan.

Recently, I shopped for my husband online and found his work pants which is the Carhartt B11. He likes it and he said he wants two more pair to have some spare pants. I also got him a new Levi's 514 Slim online and I was crossing my fingers that it would fit him perfectly. Thank goodness that when it arrived, it fit my husband like it was tailored just for him. Phew, I was relieved.

One downside about online purchases is that it don't fit sometimes, you can't try it on, and the colors in the pictures are sometimes off. But it is very convenient and the pros outweighs the cons big time. Right now as I am writing this, I am thinking of getting some Color Underwear for my dear hubby.

Sexy Halloween Costumes

Going to a Halloween party for us girls requires a lot of planning. The costume itself needs to be meticulously chosen and the make-up to go with it needs to be prepared. Now that I have kids, I don't go to Halloween events that much but I am still spending a lot of time in making sure that my kids have the perfect costume and that they enjoy it.

As early as now, I am already thinking about my kids' costumes and of course I squeeze a little research about what I would want to wear as well. I found recently this site that offers sexy Halloween costumes in different styles and designs. The picture above is one of them. I spent a lot of time browsing through their sexy costumes and I have a couple of favorite costumes that I might get for me. It would be fun if I get a sexier version of my kids' costume so I would match them.

My little one would probably be an angel this coming Halloween so I looked through the different sexy angel costumes. Hmm.. I think my husband would love it more than I will. As soon as I find the perfect angel costume for my baby girl, I would get the sexy angel costume for me to match her. Now, just the thought of it makes me look forward to Halloween already.

Having a Health Insurance is my Savior

I gave birth last year at a very nice hospital with a very good obstetrician to assist me. The amount of time that I was in the hospital, I did nothing but relax and recover from the painful natural birth that I opted to do. I never worried about how I could pay my hospital bills because I have a private health insurance to pay for everything.

Getting a private health insurance is one of the best things my husband and I did for the family. Having kids means having to go to the doctor at the most unexpected time. Whenever my kids gets sick or even me and my husband feels weird, we don't hesitate to go see a doctor because we know that even if we have no money in our bank account, we don't have to worry about our hospital or doctor bills.

Yes we pay for it every month, but the doctor and hospital bills we have every year is probably three time over the premiums we paid for the year. And if you feel like you can't afford the premiums, you could always opt for a different coverage to lower down your monthly payment. Trust me, nothing gives you more peace of mind more than having private health insurance.
